The Bucharest Stock Exchange ups 1% after the first transactions, on optimism on the U.S. markets
The Bucharest Stock Exchange (BSE) began session in the green, posting a 1 percent advance on the BET index, while the SIF sector soared 1.12 percent, following the trend seen at the U.S. capital markets.
The BET index reflecting the evolution of the ten best companies on the market added 0.99 percent to 4,798.11 and the BET-C composite index assessing all listed shares minus financial companies gained 0.93 percent to 2,766.76.
The BET-FI index of the five financial companies SIF climbed 1.12 percent to 24,720.42 and the ROTX index for trading blue-chips in Vienna grew 1.35 percent to 9,933.86.
The BET-XT index of the 25 most liquid companies stepped up 1.03 percent to 474.04 and the BET-NG index showing the evolution of the power market won 0.66 percent to 607.27.
