Romania's Finance Ministry sells three-month certificates for lei 1.48bn at average yield of 11.49%

Romania's Public Finance Ministry (MFP) sold today treasury certificates maturing in three months for 1.48 billion lei (357.3 million euros) at an average annual yield of 11.49 percent, slightly above the one accepted for the previous bid, data of the country's central bank show.
