If a company files for insolvency, it does not necessarily mean it will go bankrupt.
Sebastian Ghita, who controls IT&C group Asesoft, took over the management of Realitatea Media in October 2010. Asesoft said at that time it would invest EUR75 million in the following five years in modernizing and developing the international operations of Realitatea Media, which was owned by businessman Sorin Ovidiu Vintu.
Schwartzenberg announce on April 29, he has bought a 91% stake in Bluelink Comunicazione, major shareholder in Realitatea Media.
Schwartzenberg was not immediately available for comment, while Ghita declined to give more information on the matter.
