Number of jobs available in Bucharest by January 13 drops to 303, data show
The number of vacant work positions offered in Bucharest for the period January 6-13 fell to 303, most of the jobs being available for auto drivers, the local labor force agency AMOFM announced. The agency offered 419 jobs by December 30.
Most vacancies address to qualified workers (238) and undergraduates (33). Graduates can choose from 19 jobs, while the unqualified workers have available only 13 work positions.
The unemployment rate in Bucharest rose to 2.2 percent in November, from 2.1 percent in October, and the total number of jobless people reached 25,399.
