The number of deaths recorded among the Romanian patients infected with the A/H1N1 virus reached 82 on Friday, after the Health Ministry announced nine other people died in the past 24 hours
Moreover, 120 new cases of swine flu were confirmed since yesterday, of which 46 in Bucharest and 11 in the county of Mures. Some 6,061 Romanians caught the virus until now.
The national vaccination campaign against the A/H1N1 virus began on November 26. The Health Ministry decided to use the first doses for the pupils and students, the medical staff and the police officers working at the boundary.
